  • Cancellation
    Drippy understands that sometimes orders need to be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel and refund the order for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order. Once you receive the item, Return can be setup from our side. if there are any issues with the product, please refer to our returns policy for further instructions. Rest assured, our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
  • Refund & Return
    Drippy allows customers to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. However, Drippy does not offer refunds or exchanges for final sale items or gift cards. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. For any questions or concerns regarding returns or exchanges, the customer can contact Drippy's customer service team for assistance.
  • Track Order
    Once you place an order with Drippy, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email contains a unique tracking number and a link to the delivery partner's website, where you can track your order in real-time. You will be able to see the current status of your order and receive updates on its expected delivery date.
